Guys I give up.. How can I Kill this boss SOLO from that quest with an ele?

First off, my best advice is taking Zho, shes a stun/interrupter, she will daze
Take Gwen with you, put some interrupt skills on her that deny energy Power Leak for example.

Basically, its a Spiritspammer, so interrupt its long casting time spells, and if it gets a skill off, just quickly kill the spirit.

But yeah, interrupts and knockdowns are the key.

Forget the official wiki and read GuildWiki, which has had both tips and builds for the griffon since the second day of the sneak peek week-end.
